End-User License Agreement

Eastside Microfarms QuickBooks Sheets Connector
Effective date: September 20, 2026

This agreement governs use of the Eastside Microfarms QuickBooks Sheets Connector (the "Connector") operated by Eastside Microfarms, LLC, doing business as Max Power Microgreens, LLC ("we" or "us"). The Connector is intended for the business's owner and authorized internal staff. By connecting a QuickBooks Online company or using the resulting Google Sheet, you agree to use the Connector only with permission from that company and the business.

What the Connector does

The Connector retrieves QuickBooks Online customer, recurring transaction, invoice, and payment data for a Google Sheet. It refreshes reporting data approximately once per day after setup. It uses recurring invoice templates as expected restaurant order or PAR baselines and invoices as actual orders. It preserves product and quantity detail for review of ordering changes, payments, and overdue balances.

Authorized use and access

Only a person authorized to access both the relevant QuickBooks Online company and the destination Google Sheet may connect or use the Connector. You are responsible for using the correct QuickBooks company, keeping Google sharing permissions appropriate, and protecting any credentials you control. Do not use the Connector to access a company or disclose a Sheet without authorization.

QuickBooks access

The Connector's business-data requests to QuickBooks are read operations. Its code does not create, modify, void, or delete QuickBooks customers, recurring transactions, invoices, payments, or other accounting records. The OAuth token exchange and refresh use Intuit's authorization service. The QuickBooks Online Accounting OAuth scope is broader than read-only; the read-only behavior comes from the Connector's implementation and access controls, rather than a separate read-only permission issued by Intuit.

Reporting limits

The Sheet is an operational analysis aid, and the underlying QuickBooks records remain the source for transaction review. Template schedules, skipped-order flags, invoice matching, payment timing, and balance comparisons may be incomplete or ambiguous. A variation on one invoice does not establish a permanent PAR change. Historical PAR changes from before the first captured template snapshot are not reconstructed by the Connector. Review material decisions against QuickBooks and other relevant business records.

Availability and changes

The Connector depends on Intuit and Google services, valid authorization, and the availability of the relevant QuickBooks records. A refresh may fail or be delayed. We may correct, update, suspend, or stop the Connector as needed for the business's operations.

Stopping use and stored data

An authorized operator may stop the daily refresh or revoke the app's QuickBooks access. Stopping access does not automatically delete information previously written to Google Sheets. Stored data and credentials must be removed separately by an authorized operator. The related Privacy Policy describes what the Connector stores.
